OpenBed Network is building a clearer way for families, hospital discharge teams, social workers, case managers, and community organizations to connect people with residential providers that may have an appropriate available bed.

Our mission is to replace fragmented calls, spreadsheets, and word-of-mouth searches with one useful referral workflow—while keeping providers in control of fit, eligibility, availability, and acceptance.

The long-term vision is a nationwide placement network spanning independent living, personal care, group homes, assisted living, supportive housing, respite, sober living, reentry housing, room rentals, and other residential options.
